During the check made by the working group members the documents were investigated on information declared by O.Bachun, Head of Kyiv Circuit Administrative Court during last 5 years accomplished more then 20 flies by charter airlines to different countries of the world at the total sum of more then USD 1 million.
The working group received from Prosecution General answers on its inquiries and sent to Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court and Council of Administrative Judges of Ukraine official facts testifying accomplishing of more then 20 flies by charter airlines to different countries of the world at the total sum of more then USD 1 million.
The People´s Deputies received from State Air Administration of Ministry on Transport and Connections of Ukraine register of international airlines made by O. Bachun. The total sum amounts to EUR 595 800 - EUR 664 710.
According to the Members of the working group the systemic charter flies abroad are not coordinated and do not correspond the rate of his wages implemented by the Laws of Ukraine.
