During the sitting of the Committee the Bill (Reg.№5013) is elaborated aiming at the complex improvement of the norms of the legislation regarding the non-admission of the use of insider information on the stock market of Ukraine and also implementation of the norms of European Parliament and Council Directions 2003/6/ЄС "On Insider Activity and Market Manipulations" to the Ukrainian system of laws.
The Members of the Committee emphasized that the bill does not contradict the principles of the international documents and laws of European Union.
