The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Terms of Wages Payments)

The Bill (Reg. No. 4749) establishes the deadline for payment of wages to the employees not later than three days after the end of period for which the wages are paid.

The Committee upholds the Bill, as its adoption will enhance interest of the unemployed in the employment, reducing social tension in the society.
