During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5127) envisages the establishment of the Guarantee Fund at the rate no less then six thousand not taxable wages.
The order of the formation and funds use of the guarantee fund must be defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine together with the National Bank of Ukraine.
Moreover, the Bill envisages the implementation of the norm, according to which, forwarding activities are not supposed to the allotted for the economic agents that had not formed the guarantees fund as well as officials not having expunged convictions for the crimes against property or economic and official crimes.
The People´s Deputies stressed that the Bill did not contradict with the relevant principles of the international documents and European Law at whole.
