The Bill (Reg.№4450) directed by V. Moisyk, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine envisages the legalization of the private detective activity as a type of entrepreneurship and determining of it basic legal principles.
V. Moisyk declared during the presentation of the Bill: "Legislative regulation of the private investigative activity as a complex of private actions aimed at the facilitation of the mechanisms of the constitutional rights and liberties of the citizens and juridical persons interests provision."
The Members of the Committee during the discussion have pointed out the attention on the fact that in the majority of the world countries the subjects of the private investigative activity are allotted with the considerable assistance regarding the study of reputation and finance state of the borrowers, other partners etc.
The Committee upheld the Bill, adoption of which facilitates the legalization of the actually existent activity type, implementation of the civilized legal basis for the regulation method.
