The members of the Committee declared that the Bill (Reg.№2008) envisages the implementation of the minimal rate of the alimony not less then the minimal wages for the children of the relevant age. In particular it is envisaged that the increase of the alimony for one child should be increased from 30% of minimal wages to the rate of minimal wage.
According to the Members of the Committee, the adoption of the bill increases the rate of social protection of children.
