The Bill (Reg. No. 4824) establishes legal, organizational and economic principles of guarding service rendered by the economic entities in any form of ownership. The Bill determines the authorities of the guarding service subjects, guarantees of legal and social protection of the guard personnel, observance of rights of individuals and legal entities in the guarding service, as well as relations of the guarding service subjects with the State bodies in charge of law order and fighting corruption.
The People´s Deputies believe that adoption of the Bill will enhance activity of the legal entities and individuals in the field of guarding service, create civilized forms of property and citizens´ protection, and increase the State budget revenue from the activity of private guarding companies.
