Mykola Tomenko: Today We observe the Paradoxical Coincidence of the Presidents´ and Oppositional Positions regarding the Formation of the Tragic Image of Ukraine in the World
Today Mykola Tomenko, the vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has met the directors of the schools and kindergartens of Shevchenko district of Kyiv city and has presented them with his projects in educational, culture and sport spheres.
During the meeting, M. Tomenko declared that the Problem of the Present power and opposition is in paradoxical coincidence of the ideological informational principles of the President´s team and opposition. "Actually during last period the image of Ukraine abroad is being formed as the country of tragedies, defeats and unsuccessfulness", - he informed.
He explained that the last scandal with "Artek" already possesses the doubtful result: foreign, first of all, Russian mass media came to the conclusion that Artek must be transferred into the common possession of CIS (or Russian). Consequently they are able to order there everything, as Ukraine is not able to rule it.
According to M.Tomenko it was the first direct consequence of the scandal.
"The People´s Deputies that organized the case had the aim "to politically rape" their opponents but finally they "informational raped" Ukraine before the whole world", - M. Tomenko stressed.
Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed for the necessity of changes in the political culture.
