During the meeting, the Bill of National Conception of the Introduction and Development of Environmentally Safer Production and Produce for the period till year 2020 was discussed.
Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Technological and Radiation Safety and Emergency Situations, Volodymyr Skubenko declared that the pure production might be implemented concerning technological processes that are used in different industry branches.
The principal Conception Task is the introduction of the principles necessary for the re-equipment of the production complex basing on the scientific innovations, energy and resources conservation, ecologically safe technological processes, solving of the problems of formation, utilization and recycling of the different kinds of wastes.
According to the speakers, the most suitable variant regarding the document implementation is integration of the tasks regarding the introduction of clearer and safer production in the state plans and programs on social-economic development with relevant budget financing.
Minimal scope of the institutional support regarding the coordination of the Conception implementation might be allotted to the National Agency of Ukraine on Introduction and Development of Environmentally Safer Production and Ecological Technologies, formation of which is envisaged by the international initiatives UNIDO/UNEP on spread of the experience of clearer production.
During the committee´s hearings number of propositions that would be elaborated and scrutinized by the Committee was introduced.
