V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems the Work Effectiveness of the only Legislative Body the Principal Issue.

 

According to the Head of the Parliament, he "is not occupied with the political mess" and deems it principal "to provide the efficient work of the Verkhovna Rada in order to everyone may observe the result", - V. Lytvyn proclaimed distract the people form the vital problems. "I declare that the President, the Government, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and local self governing bodies are responsible for the situation when the country is almost destroyed", - the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada announced.

 

Talks about the coalition and opposition, "that are groundless" he mentioned, is nothing else as the attempt to

V. Lytvyn also declared that as soon as the 226 voted would be registered in the parliament from the faction he immediately announces on the formation of the new coalition. "All the rest is only political talks that are useless for our life", - he informed.

 

V. Lytvyn is convinced that the most important tasks for today are the adoption of the bill on social standards increase and work on the State Budget for the next year.

 

The Head of the Parliament informed that the sitting of the committee that was supposed to scrutinize the principal finance document of the country was not held as the People Deputies were not willing to register and start the work. Among them were representatives of the political power, which, according to V. Lytvyn words "is so insistent to adopt the law on social standards increase.  It seems that somebody is afraid no of their plans to increase the social standards".

 

V. Lytvyn also declared that irrespective of the fact whether the law on social standards increase is scrutinized during the sitting of the profile committee; this document would be scrutinized in the session hall during the next plenary week.
