The Bill (Reg.№5152) envisages the grounds for the implementation of the state regulation of prices and tariffs kinds of the state process regulation, the order of their implementation, differentiation, administration and market methods. The Bill contains the principles of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, bodies of the executive power and local self-government bodies competence regarding the implementation of the state regulation of prices and accomplishment of the control and its standards.
During the discussion, the members of the Committee expressed number of the remarks concerning the Bill.
The Members of the Committee deem that the principles on the implementation of licensing of the certain type of economic activity as an attempt to regulate the prices are to be extracted from the text of the Bill as these issues are ordered by other legislative acts, in particular the Bill "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity."
