The Bill (Reg. No. 4765) supplements the Law "On Heat Supply" with a new clause concerning the technical development and investment programs. The Bill also sets extra requirements for the modernization, reconstruction and construction of objects in the field of heat supply.
The Bill also alters the list of bodies in charge of State regulation of activity of the economic entities in the field of heat supply.
The Bill specifies the authorities of the public authority bodies, authorizing them to ratify the investment projects in the said field.
