The Bill (Reg.№5108) submitted by A. Hrytsenko, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine envisages the amendments to the effective law aimed at the formation of the equal conditions for the pension rates determining for the family members of perished servicemen and state officials that are granted according to the Laws "On State Service" and "On Pension Provision of Individuals dismissed from the Military Service, and of certain other Groups of Population".
During the meeting it was announced that the bill implementation needs extra State Budget of Ukraine financing.
The Committee upheld the bill which, according to the Committee members, would facilitate the state duties discharging regarding the social protection of the citizen that are on service in Military Forces of Ukraine and other military formations and also their families members.
