The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Moratorium on the Price and Tariff Increase on the Medicines and Medical Use Production"

The Law implements moratorium on the price and tariff increase on the medicines and medical use production for the period of the economic crisis.

According to the Law until the introduction of the state registration of the medicines and medical products they are realized by the prices fixed for the 1^st July 2008.

A relevant Bill is registered under №3426
