The bill (Reg.№3271) envisages the strengthening of the struggle with the produce, dissemination of child pornography, involvement of minors in such a production.
In particular the amendments are introduced to the Law "On Telecommunication", according to which the telecommunication providers are obliged to informed law enforcing bodies on all the case of detection of produce sell or dissemination of child pornography.
The Bill also proposes to oblige the telecommunication services consumers to inform the telecommunication providers on all the facts of detection of produce sell or dissemination of child pornography, traces of race and national intolerance etc.
According to the Amendments to the Law "On Protection of the Social Morality" the term "production of pornographic character" with the participation of a child or their image is determined.
