The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to the Code on Administrative Justice of Ukraine" (re the Court Obligation to direct the Data to the State Register of Normative-Legal Acts of Ukraine in Case of the Cessation of the normative-Legal Act Efficiency)

During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№4349) envisages the amendments to the effective code regarding the necessary provision of normative-legal acts efficiency.

The Committee deems that the adoption of the bill would facilitate the citizens, enterprises, organizations, institutions, power bodies being more informed regarding the legal regulation of their rights and duties scope as well as regarding the procedures of the implementation of relevant legal authorities and orders.
