The Bill (Reg.№5050) is aimed at the realization of the claims of the legislation in the sphere of placement, projecting, building of nuclear facilities and measures on long-termed storage of the waste nuclear fuel of domestic APP that according to the world practice and the principles of the state nuclear legislation, is derived to the category of nuclear materials.
According to the Convention that regulates the energy sphere in EU "each of the Parties takes necessary measures for all the organizations connected with the nuclear facilities to implement the policy of nuclear safety priority".
The Committee emphasized that the bill does not contradict the European Union Law.
