The Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010 was presented.
The Resolution "On Appointing P. Poroshenko to the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine" was adopted.
The following reports were presented:
- of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning Implementation of the State Budget of Ukraine for the First Half of 2009;
- of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning Basic Principles of Monetary Management for 2010.
The Report on the Implementation of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2008 was scrutinized and discussed.
The following resolutions were adopted:
on Cancellation of the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 22 September 2009 №1623-6 "On the Alternation of the Mode of Voting for the Bills appertaining to the Increase of the State Social Standards Rates"
on Observance of the Constitutional Inuring Procedure of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" of 21 August 2009 №1608-VІ";
on Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings "On Social, Medical and Pension Security of War Veterans and Celebration of the 65th Anniversary of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 Victory";
on Ratification of the Decree on the National Radiological Protection Commission of Ukraine;
on setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Unauthorized Occupation of Land Plots, Illegitimate Construction of Residential, Business and Entertainment Centers in the City of Simferopol and Passivity of the Law-Enforcement Bodies;
on Elimination of Discrepancies in the Text of the Law "On Basic Principles of State-Private Partnership" adopted on 25.06.2009
A number of resolutions concerning appointment and dismissal of judges were passed.
105 Deputies´ inquiries were read out and forwarded.
A number of Bills and Draft Resolutions were adopted at the First Reading, forwarded for further drafting and cancelled.
