Lytvyn stressed on the necessity on the determining what objects and organizations provide the state independence and safety. Consequently such enterprises as "Ukrainian Railways", regional gas and energy enterprises should remain in the state property.
"Who implements the real price for this enterprise?", - V. Lytvyn asked.
