The Bill (Reg.№4679) envisages the allotment for the land owners and land users the right on extract water without the special permission for the entrails of the earth use for their personal needs, centralized and non-centralized (except the drinking water production) water supply under the condition that productiveness of the water intake is not higher then 300 m3 per day.
