Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill on Amendments to the Article 60 of the Law "On Pension Insurance" (re the Service Experience Calculation in Medical-Criminality Departments of Forensic Examination Bureau)

During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.4825) envisages the privileges while service experience calculation for the workers of certain medical institutions that have been acting until the 1^st of January 2004, on medical- criminality department of the Forensic Examination Bureau.

Still, the People´s Deputies declared that this legislative initiative was not to be upheld due to certain number of issues.

In particular, according to the norms of the effective law, to the insurance service are calculated only those periods for which all the insurance pay had been submitted.
