The Bill (Reg.№4389) envisages the introduction of the amendments regarding the pension nomination according to the demands of the Law "On the Public Service" irrespective of the place of work for the time of the pension age reaching of the local self-government officials, whose length of service is not less then 20 years. The Members of the Committee uphold the idea of the bill, still expressed several remarks to it. In particular, it was declared that the bill would have negative impact on the expensive part of the State Budget and Pension Fund of Ukraine. The People´s Deputies deem that the bill might be adopted, but it should come into force from the 1 January 2011.
