The Bill (Reg.№4438) directed by V. Bevz, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine envisages the determining of the principle basis of the international cooperation in the sphere of operative-investigative activity. In particular, it is envisages that the operation subdivisions should be allotted with the right to direct in the scope of their authority with the requests to the law enforcement authorities and other states and international law enforcement organizations.
According to the author of the bill, having analyzed the system of normative-legal provision of the international cooperation in the sphere of operative-investigation activity it was detected that there is lack of regulation of these issues on legislative level.The People´s Deputy has pointed out the attention on the fact that the revision of the item 3 of the Article 7 of the Law "On Operative Crime Detection Activities" considerably restricts the possibility of international cooperation and contradicts with the basic principles of the Interpol activity.
