Volodymyr Lytvyn would suggest Scrutiny and Adoption of the Resolution on Changes in the Voting Mode in the Parliament
Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declares that everything that is going on in the Parliament - is the realization of certain scenario and certain technologies, the attempts to ruin the Verkhovna Rada today is well planned scenario of the power seizure.
The Vice-Chairman declared in on the press conference in Kovel town.
V. Lytvyn once again announced that the Verkhovna Rada must work as "it is the state institution that might have influenced on the elections campaign and take it under control and evaluation".
V. Lytvyn announced that during the next plenary week he would suggested the People´s Deputy enter the session hall and vote for the bills on social standard increase at any regime. Volodymyr Lytvyn would suggest scrutiny and adoption of the resolution on changes in the voting mode in the parliament "in order everyone is able to register its own position". He emphasized that "is ready at any compromises aiming at the productive work".
He emphasized that his position is stop of the pharisaism and destroying of the Verkhovna Rada. He called the opposition not to finish the country off and stressed that there should be unity regarding the issue of new social standards adoption. "Verkhovna Rada should have been working", - he announced.
Opposition, according to V. Lytvyn in case of non-agreement should suggest new alternative, try to convince in order to provide the life in the country "for growth", and during the elections people would appreciate who grounds own position better and what is the most important would testify own position on practice.
