The Bill (REg.№3196) envisages the amendments to the article 18 pf the Law according to which the deputies of the local councils are obliged to direct annual declaration on income regarding themselves and the family members.
During the discussion, the Members of the committee declared that adoption of the amendments would lead to the collisions with the dictates of the Laws "On Fighting against Corruption", "On State Service", "On State Services in the Local Self-Governing Bodies". The Deputies recommended that taking the suggested amendments into the consideration while elaborating of the Law "On the Status of the Deputies of the Local Councils".
