The Bill (Reg. No. 3644) authorizes the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to fix annually the number of the persons subject to military service that shall be attracted to the trainings at the expense of the budgetary appropriations for defence.
Drafting the Bill for the Second Reading, the Committee received 8 motions from the subjects of legislative initiative, 6 of which were taken into account.
The remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Department of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate have also been considered.
The Committee upholds the Bill, as its adoption will improve the mechanism of training the persons subject to military service.
