In particular, the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Seeds and Planting Stock" (Reg.№4590) is aimed at the conduction of the law into the correspondance with the Law «On Licensing Activity in the Sphere of Economic Activity" and adaptation of its principles to EU norms.
After the conclusions of the Committee the Bill does not contradict with the principles of the international documents.
Also the Bill on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violations was discussed regarding the strengthening of the liability for the violations regarding the strengthening of violation in the sphere of natural resources use (Reg.№4586).
