Leaders of the parliamentary Factions came to an agreement concerning work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the day of opening of the Fifth Parliamentary Session.
The Conciliative Council was headed by Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The attendants of the Council ratified the agenda of the parliament´s work on the first day of the fifth session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the sixth Convocation.
Leaders of the parliamentary Factions agreed to the proposal of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who suggested that the Bill on the increase of the living wage and minimum wage that was already adopted at the First and Second Readings be scrutinized after the opening of the session and ratification of the agenda.
Then the People´s Deputies will scrutinize the issue concerning amendments to the schedule of the session, so that the Deputies convene for the sessions in the current week and work in the committees the next week.
The legislators will also settle the matter concerning overriding of the President´s veto on the Law "On the National Referendum" and adopt resolutions regarding referral of the Bills on Amendments to the Constitution to the Constitutional Court.
