On Convening of the Pre-Termed Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
of the Sixth Convocation
According to the part two of the article 11 of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Regulations in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the initiative of 151 People´s Deputy that is coordinated with the requirements of the part two of the article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine regarding the Pre-termed Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine convening:
1. Convene the Pre-Termed Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation on 21 August 2009 at 10a.m. with the scrutiny of the following issues:
1) on the propositions of the President of Ukraine regarding the law of Ukraine "On Introduction of the Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" (Reg.№4735-1);
2) on the propositions of the President of Ukraine regarding the law of Ukraine "On Introduction of the Amendments to legislative acts re the Elections of the President of Ukraine (Reg.№4741).
2. To the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, V. ZAICHUK, provide the publishing in the newspaper "Golos Ukrainy" the text of the given Order and corresponding informing of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine.
