Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, marked the European standard of a newly-built stadium "Donbas Arena" in Donetsk.
Within the scope of the working visit to Donetsk region on Saturday, V.Lytvyn answered the questions of the journalists and stated: "It proves the fact that the work gives its results".
He believes that opening of "Donbas Arena" proves that "great national capital can and does demonstrate its responsibility". V.Lytvyn stated that the State did not render any assistance to the construction of the stadium. "It was built in compliance with the highest European standards "not due to, but contrary to", - stated the Head of the Parliament.
