The Bill (Reg. No.3437) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Licensing Certain Types of Economic Activity", "On Potable Water and Potable Water Supply", "On Heating", which enhance the procedure of licensing activity of economic entities in the field of heating and district water supply and drainage. Thus, the Bill envisages sanctions for the violation of licensing conditions, namely, penalty and appointment of temporary administration.
