The Law regulates financial restructuring of the banking system under the conditions of recession. The regulations of the Law appertain to the simplified procedure of reorganization of banks, transfer of their assets and liabilities, and reduction of the bank´s authorized capital under the conditions of fulfillment of the financial restructuring within the scope of the temporary administration.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4630.
