The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Delineation of Authorities by the Registration of Documents of a Traffic Accident between the Internal Affairs Bodies and Insurers, and Enhancement of their Activity

The Bill (Reg. No.4652) introduces amendments to the Law "On Compulsory Insurance of the Civil-Legal Responsibility of the Owners of Surface Transport Vehicles" that authorize the insurers to register the documents of traffic accidents where the insured transport vehicles have been damaged, or there are no injured or dead persons.

The Committee members uphold the Bill, as its adoption will render a possibility to use the force and aids of the internal affairs bodies effectively, enhance activity in the field of insurance and increase the rate of citizens´ confidence to it.
