Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second reading and in its Entirety the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the Article 28 of the Law "On Legal Basis of Civil Protection"

The Bill (Reg.№2102) envisages the adding of the register of authorities of the Authorized central body of the executive power on civil protection matters by the authorities concerning the accomplishing of the state supervision for safe work conduction by the ranks and managers personnel of civil protection bodies and sub-divisions.
