The Bill (Reg.№ 2131) introduces the implementation of the social organizational-legal relations in the sphere of social services protection that are determined by the different laws for certain categories of citizens, formation of sufficient conditions for the introduction of market relations into this sphere etc.
People´s Deputies deem that the Bill needs considerable further elaboration. In Particular, it concerns division of social services according to subjects of allotment, improving of the norm on attraction by subjects that give social services, for the implementation of such work of other juridical or natural persons on long-termed principles etc. Moreover, it was emphasized that legal novels of the Bill needs sufficient budget expenses that are not acceptable under the conditions of the world finance crisis.
