Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has presented the Specialist of different Branches with Awards for the Service to Ukrainian People and Facilitation of Independent State Establishment, for the Measures concerning the Provision of Rights and Liberties, Development of Democracy and Parliamentarism and High Professionalism
Charters of honour and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine diplomas received scientists, teachers, doctors, artists, leaders and workers of certain industrial enterprises.
Greeting the awarded, V. Lytvyn emphasized that exactly these people make everything possible "in order Ukraine is not lost in the 21st century".
