Bill (Reg.№4370) is aimed at the ordering of the activity and authorities of the Fund of the State property as a body providing management of the state property objects, privatization, leasing, and supervision for the implementation of the investment obligations acquires of the state property etc.
The Bill defines the functions, rights of the State Property Fund bodies, the authorities of the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the Fund, principles of the cooperation with the state power and local self-governing bodies, citizens etc.
The Members of the committee declared that the adoption of the Bill is essential as till the present time, the Fund acts according to the Temporary Principles concerning it adopted on the 7 July 1992.
