The Bill (Reg.№4566) envisages the specification of the notion "personal agricultural property", category of people who belong to it etc. The Bill contains principles concerning the registration by the village and city councils according to the location place of the land area etc.
During the discussion a number of motions were expressed concerning the Bill.
The People´s Deputies deem that it is purposeless to implement the register of document on the basis of which village, city councils conduct the register of the village enterprises as such register is conducted according to the Instruction on the Economic Supervision in village and city councils.
