The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second Reading and in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Implementation of External Independent Evaluation of the Education Quality and Implementation of the Liability for the Violation of the Order of the External Independent Evaluation of Knowledge Holding and Use of its Results

The Bill (Reg.№4241) envisages legislative implementation in Ukraine of the External Independent Evaluation of the Education Quality for people who are going to enter the highest educational institutions and implement disciplinary, administrative and criminal punishment for the violation of the testing order and use of its results.

During the elaboration of the Bill for the second reading 58 motions were directed from the People´s Deputies, the majority of which are taken into the consideration.
