The Bill (Reg. No.4560) introduces amendments to the Land
Code, the Laws "On Land Management", "On Land Lease", "On
Farming" and certain other laws, which regulate certain aspects of acquisition
of land ownership right.
However, the Bill does not introduce "a single window" during the privatization of land plots, but legalizes the payment for the filing of an appeal, approval, ratification, receipt of the State act for the land ownership right. The Cabinet of Ministers shall determine the recipients and the rate of the payment.
The Committee also believes that the suggested procedure of approving the land management projects with the agencies depending of the category of land is unacceptable, as it fails to take into account the location of a land plot, etc.
