On 3 June 2009, the Committee on fighting Organized Crime and Corruption held the hearings "Anti-Corruptive Aspects of Provision of Transparency in the Public Sector" to discuss the Bills on the conflict of interests in the activity of public officials (Reg. No. 4420), on the rules of professional ethics at the public service and prevention of conflicts of interests (Reg. No.4420-1), and on the State financial monitoring of the public service (Reg. No.4472).
According to the recommendations passed by the members of the hearings, the Information Department of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate promulgates the shorthand report of the hearings.
