One of the authors of the Bill, the People´s Deputy, Oleksandr Popov declared that the Bill (Reg.№4423) envisages the implementation of the modern system of the housing fund of Ukraine management with active attraction to these processes population, considerable strengthening of the co-owners associations formation that correspond to the world practices in this sphere.
Yuriy Odarchenko, the People´s Deputy informed on the main principles of the amendments suggested by him. According to him, it envisages the simplified procedure of the owners´ association formation and compulsory formation of such associations in newly built and reconstructed houses. It also envisages the possibility of the formation of the owners association by owners of separate houses.
During the discussion, the members of the Committee emphasized the actuality of the Bill and expressed motions and amendments to certain articles.
As a result of discussion, the Committee upheld the Bill with its further elaboration.
