The Committee on Sate Building and Local Self-Governing recommends that the Parliament adopts in the second reading and in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Service in Local Self-Governing Bodies"

The Bill (Reg.№3080) envisages the strengthening of the liability of the local self-government officials for the violation of the Law "on Fighting against corruption" and Oath of the Official of the Local self-governing.

During the discussion, the members of the committee declared that during the elaboration of the Bill for the second reading 5 motions were directed.
