Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4554), a temporary restriction imposed by the effective Law on the purchase of goods, works and services for the State funds shall not be extended onto the purchase of medicine of foreign production.
The Committee members uphold introduction of the said amendments, as they prevent the deficit of medicine which is not produced in Ukraine, as well as insulin and its analogs.
The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will improve the medical aid rendered to the population.
