The Bill (Reg.№2747) envisages the improvement of the regulation of the relations concerning the organization of the protecting work in Ukraine. It specifies the revision of certain articles, the new principles are introduced.
In particular the new article 9-1 is introduced that is dedicated to the special use of the natural resources on the territory of the objects of the natural recreational fund.
The order of the license allotment on the special use of the natural resources is implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the free-of-charge basis.
The financing of the natural-protected parks, reserves etc is implemented from the State Budget of Ukraine.
