The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to Clause 11 of the Law "On Administration of Objects in State Ownership" (re Regulation of the Procedure of Participation and Voting of the State Representatives at the Meetings of Economic Associations)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4474), if State representatives are to vote at the general meetings of economic associations with a share of State corporate rights, they shall obtain a warrant of the State Property Fund of Ukraine or an authorized administration body.

The Committee members believe that such a regulation will enhance State control over the decision-adopting process at the general meetings of economic associations with a share of State corporate rights.
