The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Retirement of Debts of Strategic and Coal-Mining Enterprises to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and Restoration of Pension Rights of their Personnel as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4218), strategic and coal-mining enterprises can allow repayment of the debt to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by installments within the period of 60 calendar days. In case an insurer pays the debt by installments in anticipation, the Pension Fund is recommended to write off a portion of the debt.
