The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine" (re Simplified Procedure of Acquisition of Land Ownership Right) at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No. 4430) simplifies the procedure, under which the individuals and legal entities acquire the right of ownership and use of land plots in public and municipal ownership, and extends the right of land owners and land users as regards use of land.

During the drafting of the Bill for the Second Reading, the Committee members received 36 amendments to it.
