The Bill (Reg. No.1080) introduces amendments to Clause 17 of the effective Code, pursuant to which, administrative courts are authorized to scrutinize the disputes between the subjects of authority due not only to the conclusion and implementation of administrative agreements, as envisaged by an effective regulation, but also to the termination, cancellation and recognition of such agreements as invalid.
The Supreme Court of Ukraine upholds the concept of the Bill, though expresses certain remarks to it.
