The Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine" (re the Right of Foreign Ukrainian to obtain Higher Education at no Charge in Ukraine) as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (3229), the persons with a status of a foreign Ukrainian are entitled to obtain higher education at the State and municipal higher education enterprises of Ukraine at no charge. The Bill introduces amendments to the effective Laws "On the Legal Status of Foreign Ukrainians", "On Education" and "On Higher Education".
